I offer one-to-one body wellbeing coaching sessions with the aim of creating a better relationship with yourself and your body. Drawing on my experiences and qualifications in traditional healing systems, Macrobiotics and integral thinking; we will devise an energising and manageable lifestyle and dietary plan that can help balance your emotional and physical stability.
We will work weave in simple approaches to your routine, that can have a really positive outcome on nurturing your relationship with your body and mind. We will enquire into what your body requires and look at ways of personally creating balance. Eating in season and in tune with your surroundings, combined with emotional understanding and body awareness, can all aid harmonious living.
During the first 90 minute coaching session, we will work together discussing your lifestyle, emotional, dietary and behavioural patterns. We will take a deeper look at how they are integrated, questioning what is serving you and what is preventing you from sustaining overall well being.
